Food Allergy Policy
The Penn-Trafford School District has adopted a Food Allergy Policy. (Click Here) to read the new policy.

Health Information for New or Transfer Students
The Pennsylvania School Health Code mandates that all immunization records and physicals are required of new or transfer students to Penn-Trafford School District. They will be reviewed prior to the first day of school. Please bring a copy of your child's immunization record and physical to the Nurse's office for review or your child will not be permitted to begin school. There will be no exceptions to this mandate.
