Boys & Girls Basketball Playoff  and Ticket Information
The Girls Basketball team will play North Allegheny on Friday, February
12th at 6:30 pm at North Hills. The Boys Basketball Team will play Plum on Saturday, February 13th at 12:00 pm at Gateway. Tickets will be on sale Thursday and Friday at the High School from 8:00 am-3:30 pm. They also will be on sale for students during lunch on Friday. Ticket prices are $7.00 adult and $5.00 student. There will be no student tickets sold at the gate and adult prices will still be the same.

2016 AP Registration
Registration for the Advanced Placement Exams will run from Friday, February 5th through Friday, March 11th.  Please click the link below to complete your registration.  Most registration questions can be answered in the flyer.

Kindergarten Transition into Penn-Trafford
We would like to potentially welcome your child into Kindergarten for the 2016-2017 school year. Entering Kindergarten is an exciting time for both you and your child! Our district Transition Team plans some FUN activities and events that will assist you and your child in the transition to Kindergarten.

With your registration, you will “book” your child a trip on the PT Transition Train! You will receive a magnet that reminds you to “Hop Aboard” the various transition activities the district offers, along with listing the dates of these important events.  Information Letter

Comprehensive Plan 2015
The comprehensive district plan is a requirement of the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) whereby all districts must have a multi-year plan with goals and strategies.  These goals are formulated after reviewing focused questions provided by PDE based on the largest areas of need identified for the district.  The Plan will guide our continuous improvement efforts to identify future goals and improve educational opportunities and achievement for all students.  This plan is open for district review for 28 days prior to board approval in November of 2015.

Penn-Trafford Student Parking 
Student parking at Penn-Trafford High School is a privilege, and is offered only to seniors, during construction. Applications can be found on the Penn-Trafford Athletic Website or can be picked up in the High School Main Office starting on Monday, August 3.  A lottery will be held for senior applicants that submit their information by the Monday, August 10 deadline. Lottery results will be posted at the Main Office entrance on Monday, August 17 by 7:00 am. There will be approximately 50 upper lot parking spots, which will cost $75.00. Those will be given to those names picked 1–38. The remaining spots will cost $50.00 at the Warrior Center Lot. Shuttles will run daily, 7:05, 7:10 and 7:15 am. If you miss the shuttle you must walk up to the school. No exceptions will be made. There will be a shuttle after school to take students back to the Warrior Center Lot.

The PT STEAM Academy will inspire a passion using hands-on lessons designed to excite and engage the mind. Our summer camps provide the opportunity for children to explore the wonders of STEAM in a friendly, curious, and exciting atmosphere. From managing fun experiments to participating in mind-blowing activities, students will come away inspired. Summer camps are open to all students enrolled in the Penn-Trafford School District.

All payments must be paid in full by the first scheduled day of camp. There will be no refunds after the first day of the scheduled camp. To receive a refund, a letter must be submitted stating the name and date of the camp.    

STEAM camps are available to PT and Non-PT Students.  There is limited seating ability. The classes are on a first come first serve basis. Once camp seating has been filled students will be placed on a waiting list.
