Homebound Instruction

Homebound instruction may be provided to students unable to attend public school because of temporary physical or mental handicaps. Parents may obtain a Homebound Request Form from the principal. This form is to be completed and signed by the attending physician. Upon approval of the request, homebound instruction will be provided for five hours weekly until the student returns to school.
