Penn Middle School Library Renovation
At Penn Middle School, our library is already a good place for students to do research, read a book, or collaborate on class projects with their peers – but it is in need of a serious update. Our goal is to renovate the existing space into a full library media center by improving student services and expanding our community presence. “Bad libraries build collections, good libraries build services, great libraries build communities.” - R. David Lankes, professor at Syracuse University. Please help Penn Middle School build a GREAT Library!

Comprehensive Plan 2015
The comprehensive district plan is a requirement of the Pennsylvania Department of Education (PDE) whereby all districts must have a multi-year plan with goals and strategies. These goals are formulated after reviewing focused questions provided by PDE based on the largest areas of need identified for the district. The Plan will guide our continuous improvement efforts to identify future goals and improve educational opportunities and achievement for all students. This plan is open for district review for 28 days prior to board approval in November of 2015.
