Mrs. Stacie McDermott, a Reading Specialist at Harrison Park Elementary School, recently received a grant from Donors Choose. The grant enabled her to purchase a selection of books to expand her classroom library.
“My students are discovering the joy and excitement of reading on their own,” said Mrs. McDermott. “These books allow my students the opportunity to read interesting, entertaining stories that include their favorite characters and topics.”
