Mrs. Clare Donnelly’s second-grade students have a personal keepsake to remind them of their second-grade year at McCullough Elementary School. As a reading/language arts assignment, Donnelly had each student write about what they want to be when they grow up. She asked parents to send in photos depicting the children dressed according to their career choice. Donnelly then arranged to have a hardback book published for each student who wanted to order a book. “The students loved reading the books when they arrived from the printer,” said Mrs. Donnelly.
