The fourth-grade students of Sunrise Estates Elementary School (Penn-Trafford School District) enjoyed working in teams to solve an Escape Room challenge.
Teachers Mrs. Hartman, Mrs. Miller, and Mrs. Watt developed the activity to provide a review of the students’ newly acquired math skills while also encouraging teamwork.
Students had 30 minutes to solve math clues to help them find all the stolen pumpkins in time for Penn Trafford's Fall Festival.
