PT Students Attend ‘Club Day’

Penn-Trafford High School held “Club Day” in September.  Over thirty student clubs set up booths in the gymnasium, and students were invited to walk through the event, talk to club organizers, and get involved with the clubs that interested them.  Some of the popular booths included the Leo Club which provides a literary outlet for students who enjoy writing, the Women in Science Club, the Barbershop Harmony Society, and the brand-new Make-Up Club.

“We do this every fall to encourage students to get involved,” commented Assistant Principal Dr. Amy Horvat.  “This year’s event was a success with every club gaining new members.”
