Day at the Races

Rather than completing their PSSA-style grammar review questions the traditional way, Mrs. Rimel's 8th-grade students at Penn Middle School "horsed around" instead!  As each group completed a review question, a jockey had to gallop his or her work up to have it checked.  If correct, the group could move its racehorse ahead a spot.  The first to cross the finish line was the winner.
