First Graders Get Comfy

Mrs. Danielle Lebe, a first-grade teacher at Penn-Trafford School District, completed a crowdfunding campaign on DonorsChoose to raise funds for new flexible seating in her Sunrise Estates Elementary School classroom.  The new floor table and pillows give Lebe’s students a comfortable place to learn.

They have been doing group work, reading stories, and doing computer work at the table,” commented Lebe.  “They would all sit at the table at once if they could! It is a race to see who can get there first!”
