Penn-Trafford High School’s Quiz Team participated in the televised KD Quiz (formerly Hometown High Q) on KDKA which aired on Saturday, November 4, 2023. Penn-Trafford competed against Riverview and Norwin, and the final score was Penn-Trafford 310, Riverview 235, Norwin 180. David Zigarovich, Kaj Colby, and Adthri Pingali represented Penn-Trafford in the televised match (with alternate Thomas Frelino).
“Our students represented our school with Warrior Pride,” commented Penn-Trafford teacher Mrs. Wukich. “It was by far the highest-scoring game I've seen all season.”
The win advances Penn-Trafford to the KD Quiz playoffs, which will take place in the Spring.
