In honor of World Kindness Day on November 13th, the Pittsburgh PBS station (WQED) encouraged wearing cardigan sweaters in the spirit of TV icon Fred Rogers of “Mr. Roger’s Neighborhood”.
The Penn-Trafford School District embraced the opportunity to celebrate kindness, with many staff and students wearing cardigans to school.
