Students Named “Principal for a Day”

At Harrison Park Elementary School, Mr. Jeff Swartz shared his role of principal with three of his students who were named “Principal for a Day.”

Carter Cassidy (grade 5), Juliet Fait (grade 4), and Isabella D’Andries (grade 2) were selected by raffle for the honor. Proceeds from the raffle benefitted the Wounded Warrior’s Foundation and local Penn-Trafford scholarships.

The students’ duties included monitoring busses, assisting with a school assembly, overseeing lunches, supervising recess, distributing birthday cards and well wishes, reading books to the younger students, aiding with office duties, and completing other responsibilities to help inspire Harrison Park students.
