Penn-Trafford Celebrates 15th Annual ‘Excellence in Education’ Luncheon

On May 12, 2025, Penn-Trafford High School honored its top scholars at the 15th Annual Excellence in Education Luncheon. Hosted by the Penn Township Business Association in partnership with the Penn-Trafford Scholarship Foundation, the event recognized the top 20 graduating seniors from the Class of 2025 for their outstanding academic achievements.

Alumna Kristyn Sprague, a 2010 graduate of Penn-Trafford High School, served as the event’s guest speaker. Sprague currently serves as the Program Director for the Women’s Pelvic Health Physical Therapy Residency Program at UPMC.

“This recognition highlights the dedication, leadership, and character of the school's top seniors - students who embody the values of scholarship, service, and school spirit,” commented Principal Tony Aquilio.
