Students Celebrate Unique and Colorful Qualities

At Sunrise Elementary, Mrs. Gutwald’s 2nd-grade class participated in an activity focused on self-expression. The students discussed that everyone is unique and special, but together they make a colorful classroom. Together, they brainstormed words that could be used to describe a person, such as kind, funny, responsible, or athletic. Each student wrote descriptive words about themselves on a paper crayon to highlight their unique traits. The project emphasized the importance of recognizing personal strengths and differences within the classroom.
