Commended Students Make Penn-Trafford Proud

Penn-Trafford High School Principal, Mr. Tony Aquilio, has announced that 12th-graders Jackson Boscarino-Bouloy and Yuriy Bidochko were named Commended Students in the 2026 National Merit Scholarship Program.  The students placed in the top 50,000 students out of more than 1.3 million juniors nationwide who took the 2024 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test.

 

“This recognition is a significant academic achievement,” said Mr. Aquilio. “It highlights the hard work, talent, and dedication of students like Jackson and Yuriy, who serve as outstanding representatives of our school and community.”
