Students in Mrs. Melinda Olive’s class at McCullough Elementary School recently explored the science of weather through a hands-on activity.
As part of their lesson on wind, each student created a “breeze buddy,” a simple tool made with colorful streamers designed to help visualize air movement. The students then held their creations in front of the classroom air conditioner, observing how the streamers moved to demonstrate the presence and direction of wind.
