Penn-Trafford High School students with an interest in medical careers recently attended a medical symposium hosted by Independence Health System at Westmoreland Mall. The event offered an engaging opportunity for students to learn directly from healthcare professionals and gain insight into a variety of medical specialties.
Accompanied by their teacher, Mrs. Wukich, the students interacted with experts specializing in cardiovascular and pulmonary care. They also attended presentations featuring cutting-edge medical technology and innovations shaping the future of healthcare.
The symposium provided students with a firsthand look at potential career paths in medicine and the advanced tools used in patient care today.
