Penn-Trafford High School’s Community Action Program (CAP) officers supported Senator Kim Ward at her annual Ward Expo earlier this fall. The event was designed to provide senior citizens with information about healthcare resources and other community services.
Senior CAP officers Sarah Ley, Emma Jones, Kaitlyn Long, and Emma Chamberlin assisted with event set-up and also worked in the concessions area, helping ensure the event ran smoothly for attendees.
The Ward Expo brings together community organizations and service providers to connect seniors with valuable information and resources. Through their involvement, the CAP officers contributed their time and effort in support of community outreach and service.
