At Harrison Park Elementary School, third-graders are enjoying more active recess time thanks to a DonorsChoose grant awarded to teacher Mrs. Jodi Simpson.
“Our classroom board games have become a favorite part of recess time,” expressed Mrs. Simpson. “Students use the games as a fun, structured option that encourages positive social interaction, problem-solving, and teamwork.”
