The Penn-Trafford High School Academic Quiz Team recently competed in the Duquesne University Academic Challenge, facing schools from across the Pittsburgh region.
Penn-Trafford’s Team One (Grady Swartz, Alex Serapiglia, and Adithri Pingali) advanced through the competition and ultimately won the event, defeating North Catholic in the final round. As a result of their victory, each member of Team One was awarded a $5,000 scholarship to Duquesne University.
