Local author Scott Watkins visited Trafford Elementary School to read his children's books, On Your Horse, Mr. Revere! and Independence? Consider it Declared! to several classrooms.
Watkins spoke to the students about the importance of reading and stressed the value of reading about things that interest them. “Trafford Elementary is amazing,” commented Mr. Watkins. “I’m extremely grateful for any opportunity to share with children the importance of reading and lifelong learning!”
